Forms of cooperation

Our customers can choose from two types of cooperation - savings based or project based - depending on which is more suitable for them. What differentiates us from our competitors is that we not only propose solution, but we continuously work together with our customers, supporting them during the implementation, ensuring that solutions are put into practice.

Savings based cooperation

Savings based cooperation is a long-term commitment which correlates with our client’s fleet life cycle. We review the fleet, propose changes and support our customers to put these changes into practice. Together we define the services through which the fleet operation can be optimized. Later on, we measure back and fine-tune the processes if required. The advantage of this type of cooperation is that there is no need for initial investment on the client’s side, the success fee is based on the realized savings. If no saving is realized, we do not claim any success fee.

Project based cooperation

In case of project based cooperation, we contract with our client for certain elements of the available service range. We provide an end-to-end service to our clients starting with consultation and defining the required services, through the implementation, up until measuring back optimizing processes if needed. The project scope is usually being defined during the consultation, based on which a fixed rate contract is being agreed.
